My rebate form has a barcode of sorts on the bottom, so it looks like everyone needs to print their own, as opposed to us all printing the same form like we usually do.

This works out great, not in this shopping trip but in others, then you don't have to scan it and print a copy using your ink from your printer...smart thinking huh!
