Dinner Plan for Jan 17-23rd

Ok..so awhile ago I mentioned that I am going to work on goals...well a meal plan each week is one of those goals. My plan with this is to visit "My Store" and see what I have. This will also let me know what needs to be used and continually go visit the shelf and hopefully allow for my food not to expire. I will be looking at my very small freezer...one day to be a large one... to see what I will need to stock up on and what I need to use, combine that with my dry storage and make meals accordingly.

So here it goes...

Sunday 17th - I went and bought Wendy's

Monday 18th - Chicken Enchiladas

Tuesday 19th - Taco Soup (so good...if you do not have a recipie let me know...mine is not perfect but oh so yummy on a cold day...

Wednesday 20th - Left Over Pork Salads Cafe Rio Style Yum...(by the way I will be at an activity, so it is left over night or fend for yourself...suckers..! Just kidding. But I will be going to an activity so it is a quick leftover night...

Thursday 21st - it is a debate...Italian Cream Cheese Chicken served over rice or egg noodles...either way it will be Italian Cream Cheese Chicken....yummy!

Friday 22nd - Hot Dogs or Ramen Noodles, just for the kids it is date night...I am going to be using my FREE movie tickets from a contest I won at Being Frugal is Fab! Thanks Again! And treat myself to dinner with my hubby...

Saturday 23rd - Grilled Ham & Cheese with Cream of Chicken Soup...I love dipping the cheese into the soup...melts it even more....besides need something simple, due to planning a little girls 3rd birthday and moving stuff to the new basement!

So who's with me...any favorite recipes???

  1. I do meal planning too it helps me so I'm not frantically looking for something to fix for dinner {which happens when I don't meal plan}. My favorite recipes are crock pot dishes, we often do chicken with green sauce in the crock pot then have enchilada's or burritos, very tasty & easy!
