Just a word of advice, there is no across the street from Disney World. It's not like Disneyland where hotels are a short walk. Because a house or hotel says it's across the street from Disney property, it's not walking distance. Disney bought hundreds of acres and built the parks WAY inside of their property. If you stay on property in a Disney hotel, they have free shuttles to the parks, which come very often and are super convenient, but they aren't a house.
